How to 'win' at mediation - Effective representation for better outcomes.
The course is designed to look at mediation from the legal representative's point of view especially its role in enhancing client relationships. Drawing on significant experience of what works well (and what does not) from experience of over 1000 mediations, the course includes a frank and comprehensive evaluation of the 'why', the 'how' and the 'when'.
Participants will have the opportunity to 'experience' mediation, explore the approaches, challenge assumptions and develop skills.
This course is essential for solicitors, barristers and in-house counsel. You will build the skills to make better decisions within the context of using mediation appropriately.
